III. Shipping costs

IV. Delivery Terms
Delivery of the ordered goods takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the Customer is required to inspect the shipment's condition in the presence of the courier. In the event of damage to the shipment, a damage report must be completed in the presence of the courier.
The courier is obligated to deliver the shipment to the customer's premises only if the shipment weighs less than 30 kg. For orders weighing more, the customer is obligated to collect the shipment from the courier's vehicle.
V. Delivery Delays and Lost Shipments
In the event of delivery delays exceeding 7 business days, the Customer has the right to contact the Store to explain the reasons for the delay and to arrange a new delivery date.
If a shipment is lost by the courier, the Store will immediately send the Customer a replacement item at its own expense. If the item is unavailable, the Store will refund the full amount paid.
